GLE Call Analyzer

Internal tool that analyzes partner call data with Composer 2.5, Microsoft MCP, and our docs—then drafts answers and action plans.

Technologies

  • Composer 2.5
  • Microsoft MCP Server
  • Internal documentation
  • Call transcripts
  • NMM product docs

Situation

Answers from partner calls were buried in transcripts, old notes, and scattered internal docs.

Engineers rebuilt the same research and next-step lists after every complex call.

Role

I built the analyzer pipeline—ingest call data, ground answers in Microsoft MCP and internal documentation, output next steps.

What it does

  • Ingests partner call data and transcripts for analysis.
  • Cross-checks answers against Microsoft MCP and internal Nerdio documentation.
  • Generates summaries, Q&A, and next-step action plans from call context.
  • Feeds practical next steps back into go-live delivery—not generic AI fluff.

Why it matters

  • Engineers spend less time re-reading hour-long calls to find one decision.
  • Partners get clearer follow-ups tied to what was actually discussed.
  • Internal docs stay useful because the tool pulls from the same sources the field trusts.

Results

  • Faster turnaround on what was said on a call and what to do next.
  • Fewer wrong answers because responses are checked against MCP and internal docs.
  • Action plans reuse patterns from past go-lives instead of starting from scratch.
