Situation

Technical answers lived in people's heads, old transcripts, and random docs—slow to find, inconsistent, and rebuilt from scratch every engagement.

There was no single source of truth for product behavior, permissions, or reusable customer deliverables.

Role

Designed and built a knowledge pipeline that ingests raw inputs and outputs structured, privacy-safe records and production-ready assets.

Actions

  • Built an extraction pipeline normalizing transcripts, release notes, and product docs into reusable knowledge records.
  • Ingested release history, RBAC models, module architecture, and naming standards into a searchable base.
  • Automated generation of HTML/PDF guides—baselines, break-glass, Conditional Access, explainers—from the knowledge base.

Results

  • Faster, consistent answers grounded in one source of truth instead of tribal knowledge.
  • On-demand documentation generation replaced hours of manual rebuilds per engagement.
