Situation

Partners needed more than a one-off kickoff—they wanted a structured path through onboarding and harder topics without guessing what to do next.

Topics like CIS, Defender, Intune, Purview, and centralized M365 management were spread across calls with no shared plan.

Role

I designed and run the program—each partner gets a three-month plan, bookable sessions with me, and onboarding tailored to their rollout.
